Our staffer who is under the weather was thrilled at the colors, the variety and presentation. And said it really brightened up her recovery. And after ordering I got not one, but two calls from Blooms asking it if would be ok to substitute one of the lilies because they were out of stock temporarily and would another variety they have work? We agreed. I was very impressed they were calling to make sure that would be ok. I personally have no clue the difference, but very, very impressed in their attention to detail and transparency... Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. ---- Florist’s Response: Wow!! Thank you so much for the great response. We always strive to make the arrangement as close to the image as possible, so being transparent when we are out of a particular flower is very important to us.
